Information we collect

When you request a conversation, we collect the details you enter in the form: identity, contact details, location, travel preferences and your message. We also retain limited pseudonymised technical information to protect the form against abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the journey is a good fit and manage conversations before a possible booking. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. We will only send information about future journeys if you select the separate consent box.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are retained for no longer than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Information linked to a booking is retained for the periods required by contractual, tax or legal obligations. Marketing details are retained until you withdraw consent.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell your information. It may be processed by providers needed to host the website, operate the database and send communications, subject to the applicable contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by writing to info@corazondeagave.es. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Cookies

The website only uses a technical session cookie required to protect and process the enquiry form. No third-party advertising or analytics tools are installed.
